March 18, 2010 - Ekin Atttends Menard Skincare Event
This afternoon Ekin attended The Japenese skin care company Menard Kinetic Skincare publicity event. Three people came up to learn how to use the skincare. There were also two small children at the event, who went on stage to welcome Ekin. The little girl was scared of the camera flashes and she turned around and went off the stage shouting for her mommy. The scene was very funny. Ekin said he himself was not anxious to be a father, he went on to say he would wait for Jordan to experience it first.
Ekin said he had both affection and faith in his long time friend Wilson, even though currently he is involved with the curruption case at TVB. He said he was also completely concerned, not only has he visited him daily, but he also convinced of Wilson's good character, because they have been aquaintenances for 20 years. He indicated that he will certainly be concerned and support his friend. Reporters asked him if he was very anxious. Ekin said that currently Wilson was only helping with the investigation, so he didn't feel anxious, When he was asked about Stephen Chan, he indicated that he was not familiar with him, so it wasn't convenient to say more.
Reporters asked about Charlene Choi's split from Ronald Cheng. Ekin said he had only heard about it from the newspapers , however the causes are only clear between the two of them, other people can't know. Anyway when we are filming it is unlikely we will talk about such things. Ekin was asked if he would call her to clarify. Ekin indicated that even though he was her 'older brother' he wouldn't ask her details, anyway the last gossip was they would get married, it's all rumor just entertainment news. Ekin said he was unlikely to call her or introduce her to anyone, the next time they see each other, maybe they will talk.
